Totally Tech will always use the most reliable and fastest delivery method, via a number of different couriers and logistics companies depending on your location. All orders will be shipped using one of the following methods:

  • Express Post

  • Registered Post

  • Courier

Costs
Free delivery on purchases over $99*. Free delivery is not applicable if your order includes a large / bulky item. Please refer to the section below for large / bulky items. If your order is under $99 it does not qualify for free shipping and will incur a $12.50 shipping fee.

Delivery to the following areas is not available or will be subject to a surcharge: Norfolk Island, Christmas Island, Cocos Island, and The Australian Antarctic Territory. Please contact us for further shipping details.

Any shipping fees paid to Totally Tech are non-refundable. 

Same-Day Dispatch
All in-stock orders placed before 1pm AEST (excluding weekends and public holidays) are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 1pm AEST will be dispatched the next business day.

Delivery Times
As a general guideline, most deliveries to major cities will take 1-3 business days, whilst it could take up to 5 business days for more remote areas.

This general guideline does not apply to large / bulky items. Please refer to the large / bulky item section below for more information.

All delivery timeframes provided by Totally Tech are an estimate and do not account for unforeseeable circumstances which may affect the delivery of your parcel by our third party logistics providers. 

Large / Bulky Items
Items that are large / bulky are excluded from free delivery due to the size / weight of the item; an additional delivery charge will be applicable when checking out. Delivery charges are calculated based on a per-order basis according to the weight and size along with the delivery address.

As a general guideline, deliveries of bulky items to metro areas in the Eastern States of Australia take 2-5 business days; deliveries of bulky items to WA, NT and regional areas take 6-9 business days. Please note these are estimated timeframes and do not account for unforeseeable circumstances which may affect the delivery of your parcel.

Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver large / bulky items to PO Boxes, Parcel Collect or Parcel Lockers. 

Notes

  • Address details that are incorrect or insufficiently supplied will incur a redelivery fee.
  • If you have given authority to leave goods without a signature, you accept full responsibility if your parcel is lost or stolen from your property.
  • No insurance is provided with your delivery by 3rd party logistics providers, hence once your order is dispatched, Totally Tech is not liable for any losses that occur in the hands of 3rd parties.
  • We deliver within Australia only. Overseas orders will NOT be accepted.
